We are pleased to announce the availability of additional base sizes to our UBC series of high-performance copper embedded heat sinks.

In addition to current 60x60 and 100x100 mm heat sinks, we now offer 130x70 mm. Additional 70x70, 80x80, and 90x90, and 120x60 mm sizes will be added in the near future. We have also introduced lower profile UBC series heat sinks, with overall heights of 8, 10, and 12 mm.

This expanded lineup allows for the selection of high-performance heat sinks in applications with tighter height restrictions. In addition, the UBC series now supports online customization, significantly reducing the engineering and design processing time.
