The UB13070 is the latest size (130 x 70 mm) added to our UB Series heat sinks. It has been designed for limited space applications, such as 1U rack mount systems.
The UB Series feature an elliptically shaped fin design (0.53 to 0.55 mm thickness and 1.45 to 1.64 mm fin gap), that maximizes available surface area, achieving high efficiency with low pressure drop.
Alpha's patented MicroForgingR process produces a solid one-piece heat sink, forged from 6063 Aluminum to ensure minimum thermal resistance.
